Resilience Club is a 5-10 session course that focuses on important social-emotional skills such as friendship, handling disappointment, setting boundaries, being grateful, embracing differences, the power of words, setting goals, self-care, and giving back. Each session incorporates team building, an engaging hands-on lesson, and a time of self-care.
